We love to tell people about Robert Pitts, We were interviewing Realtors for selling our property in West-Los Angeles including the supposed area specialist and top agent. All the agents supplied us with data and informed us that at best our property was worth $1.400,000. and this should be our starting point, yet expect to come down some. Well someone told us about Robert Pitts and we asked him to come out and evaluate our home. After he completed his market analysis he went on to inform us that our property had a very desired zoning which would allow the right buyer to build townhomes or condos on our lots. He further went on to say with confidence that he could sell our property for closer to $1,900,000. Well not only did Robert sell our property for asking price he also assisted us in purchasing a retirement home in Playa del Rey.
